Antonio Senatore

I am the founder and Managing Director of Metellus FZ-LTD. I have spent more than two decades building, transforming and leading technology organizations — from enterprise architecture and large-scale data platforms to blockchain, digital products, AI and agentic systems.
I currently serve as CTO of Data Intelligence, an Irish company spinning out from The Information Lab and being built as a full agentic organization. My leadership experience also includes serving as CTO at VeChain, where I led technology strategy, engineering and major platform programs, and previously as Global Blockchain CTO at Deloitte and Head of the EMEA Blockchain Lab. Across these roles I have worked from board-level strategy down to architecture, organization design and hands-on delivery.
I am at my best when a business has ambitious goals and needs its technology organization to catch up: building teams, modernizing architecture, scaling platforms, or redesigning how work gets done around AI. My current focus is helping leaders move beyond AI tooling toward genuinely agentic companies — organizations where people, agents and software are designed to work together. I bring the perspective of both an enterprise architect and an operating CTO.
